Extract messages from gmail

Im looking for a way to quickly extract email addresses from a contact form that I receive in my gmail account.

So the process is the from from my website delivers a message that says:

requested to be subscribed: yes or no

I'd like to quickly extract all the email addresses of the people that said yes, and load them into constant contact.

Anyone know of:

a. an existing solutions that would do all or part of this

b. someone who could program something like this and how much it would cost.

You need a bot. The best ones I know are uBot and Zenno.
I can do a Zenno one, but you either need to have the software to run it or will need to pay to get it to run standalone. PM me if interested.

link your gmail to a mail client (outlook) there are ways of extracting emails from inbox from that - shareware/freeware - probably easier that creating a ubot

Constant Contact has an API to add contacts:

Recognizing the relevant emails and extracting the email address is pretty straight-forward using any scripting language that has an IMAP library.
