I can make your site Full in FLASH as per your requirement..

All you have to do is to provide me the design and some Inspiration/Competitor Flash site and their features that you like and then i will make your site in FLASH with XML so that you can easily update your site through XML.

FLASH is very complex and time consuming work so please keeping in mind that your Budget must be High for this project.

North America map leads to clicking on a state and that will lead to location flags in that state

Map locations would link to separate location blog pages for each location.
