Exit pop keeps displaying weird fonts and symbols..

So i finally got my exit pops working perfectly, but now they always want to show weird shit like this:

ﾂ･nﾂ･n > > > W A I T < < <ﾂ･nﾂ･n CLICK THE ***CANCEL*** BUTTONﾂ･n on the NEXT Window ﾂ･n So you DONT miss out!ﾂ･nﾂ･

I dont know where these little bastards ﾂ ﾂ ﾂ ﾂ keep coming from.

I go in and paste the fresh code into notepad and everything works perfect for awhile, but the next time I go back to check everything I always end up getting weird shit like the above.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated thank you.

Most weird text problems I've had have usually come down to my setting of the wrong character set, either in notepad, the database or the webpage.

I know between UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 there's issues, so maybe check your character set, although I've never encountered that symbol before.

Set it to ISO-8859-1 and everything is working fine.. hopefully it stays that way. Thanks again for the help guys +rep
