Excel 2007 Ques

Trying to figure out how to better manage some of my data - if anyone here knows how to do this it would help out a lot..

Basically i want to create a custom rule that says IF x-y>1 THEN make cell shade red, ELSE make cell shade green... and then save that rule so I can easily apply it.

Any tips? Not good w/ 2007 yet...

thanks - that's for 2003 though, which i am fine with... not sure if i like 2007 at all good features but it is a pain to get used to.
