Last 9 months, there has been two different owners, previous owner has sold approximately 40 copies of this article database through webmaster forums and via website. Owner like to least recoup the investment on this site at any cost at the moment.

Surely its better value to buy the Database from the OdditySoftware link for $220 since the current site gets no traffic anyway.

Yes you are technically correct but $80 more at $300 minimum bid you are getting

Already designed box, sales letter, website fully ready to go. You don't have to spend time to put all this together.
Also get keywords for PPC, ones that was tested, obviously not successful ones so you know what keywords do not work no need to waste money on that.

So minimum bid at $300... only $80 more you can save yourself lot of time. All depends on if that time worth it to you or not?

Owner just wish to recoup some money he invested on this $1350 to buy this site when it was fully advertised.

I think this is a good deal. You get the database ($220), plus for $180 extra a full site that's already made and ready to go. Seems like a bargain if you ask me. Not to mention a pretty good domain name.
