Escrow Service with middle man cut ?

I have a tricky question.

I have a Domain Name buyer who is buying a domain for a higher amount than the seller is selling. I dont want either of them to know the other or for that matter how much the other values the domain.

Is there an escrow service which will accept 1 amount from the buyer and then show another amount to seller and send me the difference once the transaction is complete ?

Do a double escrow transaction. Let the domain owner transfer the name to you through escrow, you pay the owner. Now you transfer it to the buyer and take the money.

Make sure that you do not end up holding the bag if the buyer does not pay
