Created in 2001, 880 exact match local search volume on google... appraisal price depends on where/how you plan on selling it. To a domainer? Perhaps one to two hundred dollars. To an "end user" who has great plans for the name, you could potentially get a few thousand.

I actually intend to sell this to resellers/domainers together with my other 149 other domains ( encrusted.com, arthritics.com, lascivious.org, patenthandbags.com,etc) ...... 'Am thinking to start an auction @ $1 only - NO RESERVE! If anyone decides to buy the whole lot, I could sell @ $99 only per domain.

There you go...even cheaper than your appraisal. How about that
