Jim, can you handle support here as well, I have 3 servers with you at Yard.

1 is up and running for a bit, the other 2 I ordered 2 days ago and your service department is ignoring me and my request for an upgrade to ubuntu10.10 32 bit. Its been 2 days since any response even though I have sent in updates via the support/billing panel at Yard. I ordered it with Ubuntu with my ticket and immed. got a Centos server instead.

This happened with my orig server as well. Each time this happens I ask for support to change it and update it and they reply I need to do it myself via the control panel, but when I do the server updates to Ubuntu10 but its NOT able to be logged into via SSH. Your support team is bascially sitting on the ticket.

My partner has also bought 2 servers from you and this same thing happened to him.


Whats the deal?
 
There is an issue with Ubuntu when you select it upon check out, you'll need to rebuild it via SolusVM for the correct OS.

If you need help with this rebuild we can do it at our support desk.
