They tried telling us if you have a higher quality site you don't have to pay as much as a low quality site to get your ads shown. Instead it just raised everyones cpc some more than others.

Ah... so nostalgic of the good old days of Google. Run anything you want to any page you want. All you had to worry about was your CTR. Those were the days. Now they suck. I'd never spend another dime with them.

Can you imagine being a new business owner - not tech savvy - and trying to navigate through the minefield that this traffic source has become? I don't see how people can/will do it.
