I had a rash of these, like 3 or 4 every day for a couple weeks, about 6 months ago. Haven't seen any since though.
What I want to know is if your insurance company finds out you got one of these, and then they actually kill you, will they rule it a suicide? I mean, you coulda paid...

This is a fairly old one now. I got my first one about a year ago.
There are so many things wrong with it from the get go... Namely, what sort of hitman is unprofessional enough to work both sides? Sounds like a hitman who's going to get a hit put on him for being a fuckup. It makes about as much sense as Tim Allen's character in Who is Cletis Tout? (actually, that's a good movie, go watch it).
The onyl peopel that would fall for something like this are the EXACT same people that believe there's a prince in Africa who's trying to get his father's riches out of the country to swindle the state, and wants to dump it in their bank account temporarily, or that they won Microsoft's European lottery.
