Email and SMS marketing solution

I am working on a couple of websites for clients. In both cases I want to integrate a solution to enable my clients to collect and subsequently market to their clients via both text/SMS and email newsletters.

Very few suppliers seem to offer both options. (Eg constant contact offers email only). Ideally I would like a supplier that offers a reseller account for me or at the very least an affiliate program so that I can earn income from the ongoing business.

In an ideal world they would offer an unbranded solution that I could brand as my own but use their system.

Does such a system exist? and if not who offers the best text/email marketing system that also offers an affiliate program.

You can get SMS management software of your own. Some of it will tie in with other apps, some of it won't. It depends on your own content management system whether you'll be able to get something that works to this end.

Joomla's offerings for this aren't so great.
Drupal has more according to search, but I've never worked with Drupal so I can't say if it's any good.
Then there's stand alone software that you just need to feed a CSV/XML/XLS to, as well as the message and the time you want to send it.
