Are you trying to PM only one person? Maybe their PM box is full.

I looked over your settings and I don't see anything wrong with them.

Haha, this guy either has problems with vB in general or he is a spammer. He posted the exact same message on my forums which have been dead for over a year(no clue why he would waste his time trying to get sig link clicks there or how he even found them).
