Effective/turnkey PPL Landing Pages? 1st post question!

Hi. I know people are busy enhancing their net worth so I will make this quick!

I am looking to launch several turn-key/standard landing pages for PPL experiments asap and I have a few questions....

Namely:

1) What model general works (i.e. highest conversions). Should I just: 1) tell them to make a specific action [sign form, enter in data, etc.]

OR

2) Should I well "sell" them on the idea with either

-)one keyword-optimum paragraph explaining the benefits on making ex action step

or

-)an offer to get a free item if they take the action step (example: fill out for and you get this free ebook, ringtone, etc)

Also, I have compiled a list of about 20 affiliate networks purportedly with good PPL programs and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to find perhaps a more extensive list of such networks. I'll happily pass on info if anyone is interested. Thanks!

I had some REALLY good success with a PPL program in March giving away a really good product (free website) and made the PPL forms part of my pitch for the product

EXAMPLE:

One PPL was a debt reduction lead form that was paying $22/lead

My leads were home biz leads.

So, I explained to them that with their new free website and tutorials and free advertising credits, they were on their way to becoming successful, and that the best way to run a business was to be debt free, so that on top of all this other great free shit, they could also speak to a friendly debt specialist as well by filling out this form...

16k later... I've been suggesting people build up their lead pages nstead of just blowing your wad on the page itself.

In fact, if you've got the programming to capture the names/ids of the people who click the link to go to the lead page, you can follow up with more reasons to fill it out later on!

I have a question.....does anyone use Affiliator? How long does it take for your revenue to show up and for you to get paid?


Also....to understand your question:

Are you saying i should have some sort of really strong pitch on the landing page just to get them to sign up for the free deals?

For instance, they see an ad on one of the PPC networks "Free mortgagte quote!" or whatever (they click and come to my landing page......). ON the landing page, I do a parage or so..."you need a morthage quote to save $$$ on interest so you can take the vaction of yourdreams...or some bulllshit like that....).....click here to get your free quote......end of story

Actually, I am being facetious, I don't think it's BS...just the "psychology of persuasion".
