I find that offervault doesn't always show everything that a network has . And i should clarify a bit - I am looking for more targeted EDU instead of just broad online school etc....

This is true, as some advertisers specifically request that networks do not list on such sites like Offervault, Affbuzz, and oDigger for branding reasons.
