Ebook and Ebook cover generator

I'm not good with photoshop. Are there some good tutorials on how to create great ebook covers using photoshop? I'm aware that there are products out there that generate nice ebook covers that look like an actual book. I'm also looking for an ebook generator that handles ebook licensing.
