I am designing an LP to accept URL parameters which will determine what content I show to the visitor (see Eli's madlib site) based on the ad clicked and keyword searched.

My question in regards to this involves Google checking the LP QS. Does Google check the dynamic link or does it shave off the parameters and award QS based on the generic version?

always wondered about this as wel. i use the same technique, especially for geotargeted stuff

Just create a decent LP that will show up if there aren't any parameters, generic copy (that is in line with the offer you're promoting) or something like that. I

Right, that's a given. But if i'm geotargeting and bidding on phrases with city names, i'm curious if google scans my page through that URL and gets those City names, or not.

So far it seems like they don't scan the DC, or at least count it for my QS.
