Drupal to WP any shotcuts!?

I'm planing on moving my Drupal based tech/fun site to nice WP theme but it seams there are some tech difficulties and there are no easy plugins for it.\
Has someone done that!? What's the easiest way!?

If your asking for content transfers this is the best plugin for it

Other than that, plugins and custom programs i think cannot be transferred that easily

cms2cms is a paid service plugin I'll go with csv importer and do it by hand
plugins can't be moved so will have to work my way around it
