So if I pay for a year, monitor the uptime and it is less than 99.9% of any point in time, you will refund all money?

What is the rate of compensation per .1% downtime?

We have two marks in compensation for shared hosting.

Compensation on .10% through out the month on this plan, would give you a small amount of the monthly payment. We don't usually offer it, because this is a $30/year plan, however, in any case, if something like a downtime should happen, there will always be compensation.

1% Downtime - Half of monthly price is refunded.
2% Downtime - Full month refunded (This has never happened before)

Anything beyond that, we would consider ourselves lacking certain skills in server operations. This has not and will not happen as we monitor and keep track of our servers 24/7.
