Dreamweaver Templates

Anyone know where I can get a clean template like these to import into dreamweaver and use on my sites? I put up crap sites because I'm not a developer really... doesn't hurt for arbitrage but as an affiliate... you want to have a good looking website that looks reputable.

Here's an idea of what one of my sites may look like: www.cheapcomputers.cc (still in the process of crapping it up!)

i use alot of these templates in dreamweaver
