Dreamhost for Affiliate Marketing?

Hello guyz,

I am new to web hosting.
I heard that dreamhost is cheap and best from one of the hosting reviews found in google search.
I found that hostgator is best but little bit costlier than dreamhost.

So i went to buy the hosting.

Here is the message i found in the dreamhost page.

This whole page is just to announce to the <.1% of people who want to try and run free porn affiliate sites or anime video trading forums or host pirated rips of The Dark Knight on DreamHost that we're not having any.

Does it mean that, dreamhost is not for affiliate marketers(especially for landing pages).

Should I buy dreamhost or hostgator.

This is very funny. I'm using both and noticed that dreamhost has a sense of humour.

I am an affiliate marketer myself and been using dreamhost for my main site with no prob. It however is not porn, anime or pirated "rips" related.

Not so sure but don't really think there is a problem. If you want to stay on the safe side, go with hostgator.
