I think the down time that they had was because they have a new layout and design for the panel now. It looks a lot better then before and a lot more professional, lets just see if their service changes for the better.

My dreamhost server has been great lately. Last Sep/Oct, they had significant ups and downs due to some network issues, but for the past few months it's been great. When the servers are up, they're the best value out there.

I think its a step in the right direction. granted, a design upgrade isn't going to make service better, but maybe this was their first step in that direction. I have a year paid up until august so I intend to stick around until then at least.

I think the downtine was because of a power outage as reported on DreamHost Status

About time!!! Thanks for posting this, i never login to my dreamhost accounts often, now its nice to the eye! Lets see if the super overselling slows down, then it will be golden. lol
yea. if they get their customer service better, and also their uptime problems fixed, they would be a great host.
