As some of you know a couple months ago I lost a boss/mentor/friend (yes he was all three) to suicide. The past couple months have been hell on wheels for me and those that knew him. He made a difference in my life, helped me through a rough patch and I'm devastated I could not help him when he apparently needed it the most.
Tomorrow I will be participating in a "Out of the Darkness" Campus Walk to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
These past couple weeks I've been working 12-14 hour days at the day job - somehow in the midst of that I mis-remembered that the Campus Walk was..... TOMORROW. Could have sworn it was nearer the end of the month.
Anyway - if any of you are feeling like a tax write-off or just feel like supporting a good cause please go to. THIS LINK and then click on "Click here to support Fort Dodge Campus Walk." Since it's hours before the walk starts it's too late for me to register online, ignore the search box as I "don't exist"
In the special instructions field please place the following text "Donation in honor of team Axl"
If you choose to donate I'd love to hear about it via either this thread or PM so I can tell his family how much was raised in his name.
