Usually, beginners meet the problem when their domains are not indexed by search engines or their website has low ranking positions in search engines. As a result these guys start finding registrars and hosting companies guilty. It is not correct!!! Remember, it takes up to 2-8 weeks before your website will be indexed by search engines properly! However, high quality incoming links, XML sitemap implemented into your website and manual website submission to search engines can really speed up this procedure! It is not matter of registrar or hosting companies. It is not easy to get high ranking positions in search engines once your website is launched in web. If you are not very good at website promotion techniques and have no time for studying them you are recommended to hire SEO experts or internet marketing services for example. Also, you can order PPC advertizing and pay for each click brought to your website!

consider this an official warning. This is an obvious advertisement. No one thinks that the registrar or host is to blame. Even on DP you'd probably have trouble finding someone who actually believed that.
If you want to get traffic to your company, don't make topics that are entirely made for a sig click. Participate, answer questions, and prove you have some advanced knowledge that way. THEN you may see some results.
Topics are fine if you have something advanced or w/e to say.
but STOP plugging your company in new topics.

People profiting from wickedfire are profiting off the knowledge in it. There is indeed a buy/sell/trade section, but honestly the real success there is found AFTER the person is an active member.
PS: Beyond the advertisement angle, your information is wrong. Manual submission to search engines is crap and pointless.
Also, as far as 2-8 weeks, it's possible and not terribly difficult to get a site partially indexed in a few hours, and fully indexed not too much longer than that. If you're waiting 2-8 weeks to get a site indexed, perhaps you should be learning SEO and not providing it.
