Domain with the name of established product.

I have discovered a number of highly searched keyword phrases that are under targeted by advertisers and there is a highly marketable domain available to target these phrases. The trouble is, this domain contains a word that I suspect could be considered an infringement on trademarks, copyrights, etc.

I could make a case where the domain is a misspelling. I wanted some thoughts on this. Anyone ever purchased a domain in this fashion before and successfully marketed without getting a cease and desist? Or hell, even if you did get a cease and desist, what did you do?

I appreciate any advice.

Every Fucking one of them mate, just do it. No complaint my end so far. The only thing that could happen is a C&D order but hey then you just move on to the next one. Just spread them over different servers and ips so if one goes down they all wont.
