are there any good domain valuation tools?

i got a few 6 character .com's that i want valuing (all PR 0, one is 9 years old), but all the domain appraisal sites i find are shit.

Sedo is by far the best you can go with for appraisals but in the end you never know what someone will be willing to pay for the domain depending on a case by case scenario.

Estibot is pretty much the best automated tool.

Some of the big domainer forums have sections where you can post your domains to get people's opinion on what they are worth. I've done this and combined it with the automated tools to get a very rough range of what you can expect to sell a domain for.

estibot can tell the value but it is a software/machine....... domain valuation is in the eyes of buyers, you need to find the right buyer to get more value of your domain name.

I'm finding it, too. There are many ways to search for it but not easy to find a person who need need the domain.

estibot will do but i am pretty sure that its not accurate. your best bet would be to get manual domain appraisal by experienced domain sellers. yeah there will some cost involved, but you get real at least closest value of the domain

I like to use dnsaleprice.com -- it's a data base history of all domain reported sales.

Also, checking dnjournal.com for reported sales is helpful in determining what similar domains have sold for. Just remember a very small percentage of domains are reported to the public -- most are private transactions.
