To transfer a name at GoDaddy --

1. Login to your domain manager
2. Click on the domain you want to transfer
3. In the icons on the top there is an icon by name 'Account Change'.
4. Click on it and Fill the details (name, address, phone, email etc.) of the person you want to transfer the name to.
5. Click Continue.
6. Again Click Continue / OK.
7. GoDaddy will sent the other party a Unique ID and Transfer Code via eMail that you supplied.
8. The person can use the link in email to accept the domain into his or her account.

File? Download em via FTP, zip em and email the fucker. And if you have database, you need to dump it via PhpMyAdmin -- ask if you don't know how to -- and email it to the person.

Good Luck and Congrats on the Sale.

Create a folder on your desktop, hover over your desktop and right click - then choose New from the drop menu and click on Folder.

Name the folder how you want to name it and select everything in your root directory and do a direct download to the folder you have just created.

Everything will be in that folder now, zip it in a zip file using winzip from winzip.com or something and after the Escrow has completed send the buyer an email or upload it somewhere for the buyer to download depending on the file size.

YouSendIt - Send large files - transfer delivery - FTP Replacement

Do you know how to transfer the domain itself?
At what registrar do you have your domain?

ok ...first off thanks for help!
I'm downloading all the files to a folder on my computer but i think I'm gonna have some problem with some permissions because i remember i did this before a while ago and it didn't work.
My domain it's registered in the same place where i got the host for it. egazda.ro (they suck big time)

oh and lordbrar...I don't have a domain manager it actually is a domain of my brother's and he has only this domain on that fucking host.
@lordbrar: what domain manager do you use and does it cost you something or is it a free one?

Regarding the transfer of your domain.
If you have the money in the escrow account go into your control panel at egazda.ro and try to see if you can find an option to retrieve the EPP code for your domain.

Then make sure the domain is unlocked and email the buyer the EPP code which he needs to enter at Godaddy in his transfer request, if he wants to have his domain with Godaddy that is.

When he has done so you will receive an email confirming the transfer at your domain admin address.

Confirm and the domain is being transferred to the buyer and that's it.

Make sure the money is in escrow first of course ;)

The domain manager Lord Brar referred to is simply the control panel so to speak at your registrar, when logging in with eGazda.ro you can switch nameservers, etc right?

That is your domain manager, another word for control panel.

You have your domain at eGazda.ro, so the procedure Lord Brar explained does not apply to your situation. If you don't see an option in your control panel when logged in at eGazda.ro to retrieve your EPP code or which also may be referred to as an Authorization Code - call customer support and ask them to give you the EPP code so you can complete the transfer.
