which 2 word domains are considered better to have and worth more money that have the last alphabet of the first word same as the first alphabet of the 2nd word. For example, a domain with 2 words of crazy yard. Therefore, is it better to get a domain as crazyard.com or crazyyard.com or even crazy-yard.com (and same for .org, .net only )? Please someone let me know who has a similar experience dealing with these types of domain names because I don't want to spend wasteful $ getting all kinds of domain name related to these kind of situation.

Depends on how you're going to push traffic. If you're intending for people to type this url in at a later date, then obviously having it spelled correctly would be a bonus to have.

Usually goes in this order, from best to worst.

Alphabetic (a-z) (spelled correctly)
Alphabetic (a-z) (incorrectly spelled)
Alphanumeric (a-z 0-9)
Alphanumeric with dashses

Besides incorrectly spelling a domain, won't rank (seo) as well for the terms used in the domain.

course same you can't just get yard.com and have crazy.yard.com :D

PS: If you don't expect to earn back 16-30$ for the cost of the domain with just a few conversions... why bother?

I suggest you to take both the names and then redirect one to the other. Its only $8 a year for a domain. That way you don't lose visitors. (Provided, your site makes more than $8 a year).
But for the main site, I'll have crazyyard.com (full name) as it will help SEO. IMHO
