This is a dofollow back link on the homepage of a PR7 website that has 4 pages indexed by Google. This site appears to Google as a real, legit 4 page authority website.
The site has mountains of high PR .gov and .ac back links, dating back to 2000, with over 1800 back link registered by Yahoo, this domain is at the top of its class as the most trusted and authority domain.
Niches
This site seems to fall into the Travel, Training, Mentoring, and Activities niches. A link on this site can really be applied to many niches. Anything from school clothes to health products can be linked from this site. No gambling, porn, or pharma allowed.
High Value
This is a high powered back link that should not be taken lightly. One of these links could pop your site up 20 or more spots in the Google SERPs for the keyword you use as anchor text. Your link will exist within a paragraph that I will write, with up to 200 characters before the link and 200 characters after the link. You may provide a couple keywords, but ultimately I will write the surrounding content.
