it might, theres tons of files, and a ton of links back to their site, etc - however the license is pretty clear that however you received semiologic you are not allowed to redistribute it - meaning i dont think he goes after the doenloaders but in return dont be an uploader

best way to tell is jail it and run it. Then packet sniff the outgoing headers from all files included with it. I don't know if it's open source or not but that's the easy way if you're don't want to go through tons of code.
