Does google prohibit ringtone ads within singers names ?

Hello everyone! Ringtone n00b here :bigear:

I've tried to lookup some ads at the Google with Preview tool and surprisingly found absolutely no ads within singers names as keywords. (Tried "Gwen Stefani", "Natasha Bedingfield", etc.)

So, the question is, does Google prohibit to bid on singers names ?

Could be a copyright issue. I know Google will not allow certain terms in the ad copy.

Yep, that's what I thought as well.

Because if you try "singername ringtones" keyword it comes up with the bunch of ads.

They're probably denying ads. Just wanted to get some confirmation from active players.

Always "Just Do It!" and worry about the rest later. If it works great if it doesn't you learned something. You never know what you might find out by actually doing something.
