Does CJ have any customer support?

I sent an email a couple of weeks ago to Commision Junction and to a program asking about some non-working links that were leading to a 404 error.
I still haven´t received a reply.Nice. :boid:

they are to big to give a rats ass about you and your bad links, they are a public company, they only care about the big boys!

Can't you contact the advertiser directly? I've only had to get a hold of them one time and ebay responded in a day.
