Does anyone know GOOD Magento Programmers?

It's capitalized because I'm not trying to find discount programmers anymore, they aren't worth the hassle. I'm looking for someone - an expert if you will - with Magento. I have a ton of stuff that needs to be done and the guy(s) I usually deal with are flaky as hell (you know how it is).
