I have been trying to get in touch with these nimrods for 4 days while the sites I have up on their shared hosting account are 509'd due to me exceeding bandwidth. I haven't gotten one response to my 5 support tickets I have put in. I planned on upgrading my account but now I want to just get the fuck out, and I can't even do that because I am locked out of my cpanel.

If anyone has any contact info, please please please help me out. Fuck this company.
