I swear these guys are so fucking dumb.
Not only were they told by the network that my order was a test order and not to re-bill me, they also thought address "blah blah" must have been legit. I wouldn't be surprised if there's actually a box sitting there somewhere addressed to "blah blah" that they're not sure what to do with.
