Got about 10k sites/blogs that I need to check for do/nofollow links. Any bulk/mass upload tool to accomplish this task quickly?

You could use the SEO Quake plugin for Firefox, it puts a strike through nofollow links, though for 10K sites it might take a while.
Well, first of all there is no way to tell reliably. If the blog post has no comments on it, you won't know if it's do/no follow. You need at least one comment.
But hit me up, and I can write you a Perl script for pretty cheap that will check all blogs and mark the ones that are definitely nofollow (i.e. have a comment with nofollow tag).
