Do follow vs no follow

What are the advantages/disadvantages of having my blog be do follow?

I am starting a content style blog in the fitness/bodybuiling niche and I am currently do follow and getting comments that appear to be unique but feature links to other blogs.

Opinions?

Forget about both and focus on getting more traffic.
