Do adword clicks get cheaper after a while?

When starting my campaigns, i have crazy CPC. Do these clicks get cheaper? By how much?

Yep, they get cheaper as your quality score increases.

How many days does it generally take for the new QS? So its best to keep the budget spend low until a quality score is given yea?

I'm curious about this as well. Do you have to "resubmit" your ads to google or pause/unpause them for google to notice your updated landing page? Or can QS change without any updates on your site?

Everyday they'll decrease until you hit a pretty high QS. Just make sure you keep your adgroups tight with few KWs and run 2 ads at a time. Replace the losing ad after you get enough data. Keep at it brah.

what about campaigns where quality score is not assigned? would cpc stay the same?

well it depends on the market actually if people bid higher the clicks will go high
