Anybody know anything about the Dismal Scientist? I have student access to the site for 14 weeks and its fucking awesome. It seems legit, to the point where wall street hustlers may even use the info. How much does it cost for a subscription? I heard it's in the 4 figure range from my professor, but I'm not sure. Anyways, is Dismal the real deal? Am I reading the same info fortune 500 CEOs read every morning?

I don't have much experience with the Economist past the homepage, however with Dismal it seems a lot more focused on economic data and statistics, etc.
