DirectTrack has scheduled maintenance tonight and claimed that tracking was still working... But it isn't. Affiliate links on networks all over the place are down. Search guys check your stuff and redirect if needed!

"The reporting interface is currently undergoing maintenance.
Tracking will continue without interruption."

Way to fuck everyone over DT. Nice work as usual.

I just had 500+ clicks driven to a blank white page. It might not be everywhere but it warranted a post with a heads up. Just be safe and double check!

hmmmm this might be isolated to the network you use and not DT as whole as it sounds like some networks are fine. To my knowledge there was no DT issues on our end.

Everyone bashes DT but its not them running the business, you should be blaming the networks by name who are down, you will see its poor management by the networks.

For example our reporting got slow in the past week or two, but it should be much faster now. This is something we fixed not DT.

DT is broken in to shared and dedicated pools for networks. Those on shared environment experience an issue if someone they share with has an issue. The way around it is to invest in a dedicated server, its costly so most small operations cant do it.

If you manage over your business right, including your software then issues should be nonexistent, it happens but not all the time.

Adam, which network was it, that would probably be more helpful to everyone. Would also be helpful if you told your network what just happened to you so they could at least take a look at the issue and see if its just you or everyone on their side.
 
Ya I was seeing some issues last night as well I believe trying to talk to my am but hes not on ..
