Any easy way to get directory submission done? What software is anybody using? I hate filling out forms, just wondered about automation!!!

there are a lot of softwares that you can used just search the web. but i believe that MANUAL submission is the BEST.
I tried using that one. More of a pain than a help. Most of the sites required reciprocals and I had to manually fill out each of the forms. Also had problems with his script/top bar.
WTF? ALL of the directories in dirzap do not require a reciprocal. They have a reciprocal field but it is NOT required. If you find one that wants to charge, just report it and skip to the next. I only found directories that wanted to charge after I got down to the PR2 level.
BTW, I just used this site for a couple sites yesterday with no problems. You need to turn off any autoform fillers like Roboform before using the service, otherwise it won't pre-poulate the fields.
I submitted to 70 directories for 2 sites in less than an hour. I already gave barman a +rep for this recommendation on another post.

Maybe I'll have to give it a shot again on another computer, I went through 10 directories and only could submit to 2. At the tenth one I couldn't get past without an error from the banner. Maybe I'll try a different browser. Don't have roboform yet.

There are some directories that require recips or $$$ for submission, but once someone flags them as such they get thrown to the bottom of the pile.
Smash, if you saw that many directories that required recips it's probably because I just added some and you got to them before I could. Unfortunately, you were the guinea pig...
Anyway, I think it's a useful tool and it's starting to get some traction. Thanks for all the kind words.

Its a big list and may take a while, but what I usually do is do a few a day at work whenever I get bored! That way you get a steady flow of links rather than 1400 in one go, itll probably help SEO wise doing it that way. From what Ive read google doesnt like it if you suddenly become Mr Popular!

I could,t recommend software for submissions. for batter results you can submit your self, you can check which are sites that Google hate and where your site already exist. many things. You can start it slowly in the slots like 25 daily. you will manage your time as well.
