Directory software recommendations

I want to create a niche directory, where I can place different landing pages for my targetted affiliate pages.

Any recommendations on software to do this, rather than me having to use Dreamweaver to create the thing from scratch? Would like to know any paid or free scripts/programs.

Like anything else, Arelis is good at maintaining link exchange directories.
