I just got off the phone with them, they checked with a tech and said 'It seems we're under some sort of attack'.

Ugh 3 days to stop a DoS attack, cmooooon. They should've paid their bot network the money they wanted before they sent the zombies in lol. Or at the very least sent out an email to advertisers. I HATE it when companies don't let you know that they are down and shit.

I had to hit up Brett on AIM to pause one of my dud campaigns yesterday, it was just spending money and I couldn't stop it. Can't these guys afford better servers? Geez.

So let me ask a question here...if you have shit running and would have paused it had the site been accessible, are you able to get a refund? The fact that they can't defend against an attack is shitty but if they won't even offer refunds due to their lack of service that is ridiculous.
