Thanks man, I just do not get how to do these zip / email submits, they pay like 1.15 but cpc is like...30 cents or w/e...how do you make it worth while?
 
You need to find a good source of traffic that matches up with the offer nicely. It'll increase the CTR naturally, thus dropping your CPC. This is before you even begin optimising it.

i.e. You've got a business insurance offer. LinkedIn is going to be a much better source of traffic than MySpace or even Google because you've got a demographic of people actually concerned about shit happening to their business...
Try to figure out where your targets are coming from, psychologically speaking.
 
Thanks Harvey, how many clicks do you test out before deciding to optimize or make it profitable? Do you have to be close to break even point?
