We had a policy a while ago not to accept applications from certain countries as they are tide to poor traffic. We don't want to lump everyone into that category though so if someone has legitimate traffic to run they can give us a call to go over their application on a case by case basis. If everything checks out, nothing looks sketch, then international affiliates can fully get approved.
