Desperately need a php coder

I'm in desperate need of a coder. I've heard of these sites:

Outsourcing to Freelance Programmers, Web & Logo Designers, Writers, Illustrators on Elance
Rent A Coder:How Software Gets Done
Custom Web Design and Programming. Freelance Programmers. Outsource Web Development Outsourcing

but it seems that all of these places make you post your requirements publicly, this way everyone who is a member sees them. i realize this is the purpose of these sites, but are there any big sites like these that let you pick and choose who sees your reqs document? i'm simply not comfortable posting it for the public to see.

Why not require coders to this project to sign a NDA before sensitive information is given? That's what i'd do!

Well if you want outsourcing companies then you must go for google or any other search engines for finding the best comapany.

You can try Freelance Projects & Jobs. Freelance Programmers, Web Designers & Writers. Contract Work and include as little information as possible in order for programmers to estimate the nature of the work and give you a quote. In addition, you can lock your project so that only programmers who are invited to bid on the project may see it.

Rent a Coder is good. Do your research on the programmers that bid. Invite programmers that have done similar projects with good feedback. They also have an NDA feature built in that you can use.
