A friend and I are working on a new project and have identified a direct competitor whom we'd like to go after.
I'm looking for a designer/basic programmer who can mimmick the structure/usability of a site but at the same time create a different design so it doesn't look like a complete rip.

We need the exact same form created, same process, same pretty much everything. Not sure exactly how it has to be done but I believe a small backend system may be needed - you probably know better than me.
