There are lots of good reasons to run a design contest on a board like this one.
-gives a chance for designing board members to show off their talents
-give me a chance to gather input from other board members who like greenleaves have such valuable input!
-helps me see the works of various different designers all at once. Which helps a lot since I need to hire 5 of them this upcoming week.
-gives me a way to interact and get to know other board members.
It also gives me a chance to discover the ignorance of others.

Show a little respect n00b. You're the ignorant one here. Greenleaves' suggestion to use 99Designs (or any of the other dozens of design competition sites out there) is right on the money and exactly where you should be posting your job.

But the ability to properly articulate your communication would likely render you with better results. IF you already knew of these sites, you could have posted something like:

And swiftmoney? Yes, it's bull shit. I don't really need to find designers.. I just offered to pay $1000.00 for a site that I could hire a filipino designer, or an indian designer to do for quarter of the price because i like to waste money.
I would contact one of the mods about this. Of course, there will be the concern of securing funds. On 99design they debit you and act as an escrow. How do you propose that should be handled? (if you answer trust, we can confirm your troll status)

I actually want to thank you. You made a good point about my post. I run across that problem often, and I need to pay more attention to it. I just expect that people are gonna know what I mean, which is an ignorant assumption since no one here even knows me. I'll try to be more descriptive from here on out.
As for how to handle it. Well, if I can get it approved by one of the MODs.
Here is what is the way I propose, but i'm open to suggestions.
I will paypal the funds to a MOD, or a long time trusted board member to act as an escrow. Since I'm brand new, and have 0 credibility, saying "trust me" would probably get me all of 0 design concepts to choose from.
Then i'd say run the design contest for a total of 10 days, and then i'd start a poll and have the board vote for the best design.
Once the design has been sent to me, i'd confirm it with the trustee and have them transfer the funds to the winning designer.
