Anyone else do this kind of work? I am a member of the local chamber of commerce and all the Mom and Pop store owners always ask me to refer them to a design firm that will offer them quality web presence at a decent price. Until recently I outsourced to a company out of India and took 1/3 of the sale as my commission.

2)Do you get a percentage or a flat rate?
3)Do you do enough business for fulltime, or is it just additional income?
