Dental Insurance Affiliate Program?

Does Anyone know of an affiliate program for dental insurance, or dental insurance alternative (like dentalplans.com)?

The only thing I can find on the networks in dentalplans.com and me no likey the EPC and payouts. Also, I'd prefer a per lead.

I actually did see one the other day, it might have been on either Neverblue or COPEAC.


edit: campaign 5752 on Neverblue. It's per sale though, not per lead.
