Dear WF members,

I have an very important question i would like to ask everyone here regarding to Google Analytics.

Recently today i've deleted my Google Analytics account for one of my websites, because I've read something here on WF that when you have a large amount of backlinks targeting a specific keyword at a short time that google will sandbox or delete your website from their search engine, is this true? I've have someone here that offer their backlinking service including pinging maybe to 100 backlinks.

So now today, after deleting my account and now just checked 4 main keywords that were ranking from 4th to 7th positions on the 1st page of google now is ranking last on 2nd page to 3, 4, and 5th page of google search engine, is my site sandboxed? or is this normal and will go back to the 1st page eventually, these keywords are very competitive and I'm very concern and would like to know if anyone here know why this had happened.

Also, I would like to mention, one of my other sites that i had for 7 years (also deleted from my google analytics) still same exact keywords is still ranking high on first page (hasn't decrease in the rankings) the recent site that was decreased in the rankings is about 2 1/2 years old. Any ideas why the old site still rank high and the other one dropped? thanks again guys!

Deleting your Analytics account won't prevent google from seeing your backlinks...

I don't logically understand how deleting analytics could affect your positions in any way, was prob because of something else (were you worried because of something you recently did...?).

well, I recently ordered a bunch of services in this forum within 2 weeks time, a bunch of other things and totaling 2500 backlinks, is this the reason?

Sandboxed.

That many backlinks (IF not normal for your website) has caused google to reevaluate where your site should be ranking. You'll probably bounce around quite a bit.

(From what i've seen the next thing to happen is that you'll drop to page 4+)

Give it a couple weeks to normalize.

Just because your site is bouncing around google doesnt mean ur sandboxed, in fact i dont even belive in sandboxing, ive been doing this for 6 years and never had it happen yet !

Not sure about the links issue either, ive had sites get over 10,000 links within a few days and still never had a problem !

What is the url to ur site there might be a logical explaination to your problem?

Ste
oh btw its defo nothing to do with google analytics where did u get that from lol!

If you ordered 2500 links and then deleted google analytics then i think it will pick up on that and probably penalize you in some way.

In theory, Analytics doesn't mess with rankings, so I agree that's not the reason. The problem is the, ehem, artificial backlinking you got; but you won't be able to lose those links that fast. You need to wait a little. Things are done already.
